This unique 2-storey, 1-bedroom loft is the perfect base for exploring Christchurch. Ideal for couples or small families, it features a fully equipped kitchen, high-quality hotel linen, washing machine, and bidet toilet. Guests appreciate the clean, neat space and the rice cooker—a great bonus! It’s a 15-20 minute walk from the city center, with a mini market nearby and a supermarket 3km away. High-speed internet and spacious Queen bed on the 2nd floor complete this charming retreat in the CBD.
Ground floor has the fully equipped kitchen complete with all the modern appliances such as Oven, Hob, Fridge/freezer and dish drawer to cook meals from home, otherwise a number of great eateries are a short stroll away.
Being a corner unit there is ample natural light in the living and dining area which flows to the private, fully fenced courtyard out front. In the living room there is a sofa which can be converted into a bed - additional cost for sofa bed linen will apply.

Upstairs you will find the bedroom with spacious Queen bed complete with linen supplied by Canterbury Linen Services, who service local 5 Star Hotels, provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it’s 5-star hotel clean.
In the bedroom you will also find wardrobes for storage and large windows for natural light, complete with black out blinds.
You have access to the entire space, including the private outdoor courtyard.
There is no dedicated parking with this property. There is street parking only.
City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse. Its near the road, some intersections, and restaurants and so you can expect the usual central city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving, background restaurant noise and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
We provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
