Welcome to our stunning 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom single level town house located in the heart of the CBD. Our spacious and modern house is perfect for small families, couples, or friends traveling together. Located a short walk to Latimer Square a beautiful green space, Cardboard Cathedral and Cathedral square. As soon as you enter our apartment, you’ll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we’ve put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a sofa, smart TV, and natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay.
We provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 10-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there’s free on-street parking available in the surrounding streets. Detailed information about parking is available in the Welcome pack provided inside the property. For hassle-free transportation, Ubers and taxis are readily accessible, operating 24/7 to ensure you have a seamless pick-up service.

City Noise - Please note this is an inner-city Townhouse. It’s near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
