This beautiful and modern apartment is located in a quiet and awe-inspiringly scenic district of Krakow by the Vistulan Boulevards, in a newly built gated estate “Riva Verona”. The estate is a perfect choice for those wanting to explore the wonders of Krakow and immerse themselves in nature: the glazed entrance hall has direct access to the walking and cycling paths on the boulevards. A short walk leads to the Wawel Castle (15-minute walk), Dębnicki Park (12-minutes) and Błonia (13-minutes). The advantage of such a unique location is the possibility of both passive and active recreation by the water, in the park, or in one of the nearby cafes, including those on the water. History lovers will enjoy the proximity of the Market Square (1.3 km) and the Planty Park (1.5 km).
