The first guest bedroom has a king bed with shower/tub combo bathroom attached. The other guest room includes a 2 full beds and has its own private bathroom, as well. The bunk beds are in a small room just off the hallway. For your convenience, there is a separate laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. The kitchen offers everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal while enjoying spectacular views of the Gulf through the wall of windows. Feel the warm tropical breezes, as you enjoy a quiet moment on the water front balcony. Monterey Condominiums, located in Seacrest Beach, near famous Rosemary Beach, allows for swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues spread out along the Gulf coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the Scenic 30A is conveniently located in front of this complex. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
