Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, strict rules are in place. Please refrain from outdoor noise between 10 pm and 7 am; non-compliance may lead to booking cancellation. Unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.
- Check-out time is 10 am, and late checkouts require a 24-hour advance request. Smoking is prohibited inside; any smoking or pet-related damages incur a $200 fee. We expect the property to be left in a reasonable condition; additional cleaning is charged at $60 per hour.
- Report any damages, spills, or stains promptly, as they may result in replacement or cleaning charges. Your cooperation ensures a pleasant stay for everyone.
