Newly remodeled! Old-school charm awaits guests at Grayt Fun, a charming beach house in Grayton Beach that sleeps 10. This home features a private pool (with option to heat), large fenced-in yard and is a mere 390 feet to beach access (plus 4 complimentary beach chairs) – you can see the Gulf from the driveway!
With its casual vibe, original character plus luxurious updates and upgrades, everyone will feel at home and at this 3-bedroom beach retreat. Unlike many of the more modern homes on 30A, Grayt Fun has vintage personality in every room. You’ll love lounging by your private pool where you’ll find plenty of seating for ultimate relaxation.
There are 2 living areas in the home with plenty of comfy seating. The fully-equipped open kitchen features a breakfast bar for 2, plus an additional counter along the window with seating for 4. Guests can choose from the king suite at the back of the house, queen bedroom or the 2 twins bedroom. Plus the 2nd living area features a bunk nook with 4 beds.
Grayt Fun is the perfect spot if you like to go out and explore bars and restaurants. You’ll have no issues finding options at your doorstep: the famous Red Bar is about a 30-second walk and Chiringo is literally next door. Location is even better for beach access 1 minute and your toes are in the sand. Plus with your stay you can take advantage of 4 beach chairs and a wagon to haul everything back and forth.

A Property Manager welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
