The large kitchen and island overlook the living area to make conversations a breeze while preparing dinner or packing beach snacks. The dining area is also open to the rest of the room for easy dining and entertaining. A half bathroom as well as the laundry area are also on the 1st floor.
1 of the 2 suites is conveniently on the 1st floor, with the 3 additional bedrooms upstairs (including the 2nd suite). Both suites feature generously sized private bathrooms. All this and the wonderful amenities at NatureWalk? You can’t ask for a better beach vacation location.
Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks, tub and shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: Full-over-full bunk bed.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, TV.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: 2 queen beds, TV and private balcony. Private bathroom with dual vanities, tub and shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share hallway bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.
Beach Access:
Head out of the neighborhood and take 395 until it ends at your beach access (where 395 and 30A meet). This route is about 2.1 miles. Or you can use the NatureWalk Lilly Lane Beach Trail near The Gathering Place. Take this meandering trail through Point Washington State Forest and through to San Juan Avenue. This will take you across 30A to the San Juan public beach access (about 1 mile).
NatureWalk At Seagrove:

A Property Manager welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
