Nestled in the vibrant heart of Christchurch City, this spacious and modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom 2-storey townhouse is perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together. Our city pad is located within the four avenues of Christchurch Central, offering unparalleled convenience. High speed internet. Complete with full kitchen and washing machine/dryer combination machine. With one Queen bed located in the bedroom and a sofa bed located in the living room.
This stunning 2-story property features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor that opens out to a sunny courtyard. The perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink in the sunshine while taking in the sounds of the nearby waves. The northwest-facing aspect of the courtyard is a standout feature, offering plenty of natural light and warmth.
This property features a fenced-in courtyard, making it the ideal escape for families. You can relax and enjoy your vacation.
In the living area there is a sofa bed to have another 1 or 2 guests - linen is additional. Accommodating up to 4 guests total.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, and oven. Basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil are also provided. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer combination unit is available with washing powder provided for convenience.
The bedroom upstairs has a large number of wardrobes and storage areas to utilize.
We’re proud to be pet-friendly, so feel free to bring your furry friend along for the adventure. Just let us know in advance so we can accommodate them accordingly.
Guests will have the entire property to use for themselves and their traveling companions. A lockbox access makes it easy to enter the property without the worry of keys.
The property does not come with any allocated car parking, street parking only. (Worcester and Barbadoes Street)
We provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and WiFi passwords.
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. We are committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

The Christchurch bus exchange is a 10 min walk away and that will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. The Moov it app is great to download ahead of time should you wish to use the bus system while visiting Christchurch.
On street parking is free outside the development but can often be full during the day however does empty out in the evenings.
The surrounding streets also have free parking available, (Barbadoes and Worcester street) so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. This information is detailed in the Welcome pack inside the property.
Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up.
City Noise - Please note the property is located near the road and some intersections and has usual street noise. This includes pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.
This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only and it is located within Barbadoes St itself and Worcester Street.
