Welcome to Crow’s Nest, a charming beach cottage located in Cassine Village, a family-friendly neighborhood located off 30A, just 352 yards from the beach! Crow’s Nest is a comfortable 2-story home with over 2,000 sq. ft of living space ready for guests to enjoy. The famous 30A beaches are less than a 5-minute walk away.
Crow’s Nest features an open floor plan for easy entertaining, dining, and meal prep. The living area is set up for comfort with plenty of seating around the 75" TV exclusively equipped with YouTube TV for your entertainment. The kitchen provides any chef all the modern conveniences with ample cabinet space and a walk-in pantry.
The dining table seats up to 6, and the kitchen bar seats 4. The laundry room is located adjacent to the kitchen and features an oversized washer/dryer. There’s a full bath conveniently located off the foyer.
This home includes 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, providing privacy and comfort for all guests. Upstairs and downstairs bedrooms each have bathrooms for added convenience.
Outside you’ll find an enclosed shower (with hot water!) to use after a fun day in the sun. The front porch and backyard patio with a gas grill provide additional living spaces for your family’s vacation enjoyment!

Beach Access:
Head west on Sweet Bay Drive then south on Robert Ellis Street. Cross 30A and you’ll end at your beach access, One Seagrove Place

Cassine Village:
Cassine Village within Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood in a natural setting. This property located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach features on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, and a pond. Take a 5-minute walk along the bricked sidewalks to the pristine sands of the Emerald Coast. The kids can explore the nature trail or fish from the bridge over the community pond. And, they can enjoy their bikes along the quiet streets or the family can pedal to Seaside. There are 26 miles of trails along 30A. You’re only a short walk for a pizza at Brozinni’s Pizzeria or your favorite pasta dish at Angelina’s. Make reservations at Café Thirty-A for an upscale dining experience, or bike to Goatfeather’s Seafood for the catch of the day.

An initial Property Manager signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
