This is a stunning home in a hidden gem of a new community near Rosemary Beach. You’ll be in walking distance to South Walton beaches right across the road (1/2 mile) from the Inlet Beach Access (the BEST Beach Access on 30A!) First Floor: You’re welcomed by the cool beach hues and cute sitting area. There is a convenient king master suite on this level as well as a stacked washer/dryer by the stairs. The master bathroom is like a true spa experience with large rainfall shower and separate soaking tub. Second Floor: The main open concept area. There’s a large kitchen with island with seating for 4 and separate dining table for 8. This crisp white kitchen overlooks the entertaining area for maximum family and friends togetherness. Everyone will love the large TV beautifully framed by comfortable furnishings. The balcony has even more spots for rest and relaxation plus the gas grill. Third Floor: You’ll find 2 more bedrooms plus the landing has a pullout futon and TV. And even more convenient is the 2nd laundry area. Enjoy another outdoor space on the balcony - a great spot to grab some fresh air. You are conveniently located near everything—the beach, restaurants, shopping, Camp St. Helen State Park, and much more. The area’s largest public beach access, with ample parking, restrooms, and showers, is just a 3-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away. The newly opened underpass for foot traffic beneath Highway 98 allows pedestrians and cyclists to safely cross from the north to the south side without encountering vehicles. This provides a more convenient way to walk to the beach and nearby shops. Sleeping Arrangements: 1st Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, TV, patio access. Private bathroom with dual sinks, large shower and separate soaking tub. 2nd Floor, Living Area: Sofa pulls out to a memory foam queen bed 3rd Floor, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV and balcony access. Shared bathroom with tub/shower combo. 3rd Floor, Bedroom 3: Twin-over-full bunk bed + twin trundle, TV. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo. 3rd Floor Loft: Futon pulls out to a full bed. The Ivy at Inlet Beach: A pedestrian walkway under Highway 98 is under construction, set for completion in 2023 or early 2024, making beach access easy. The new community pool is now open! Inlet Beach is growing, so expect nearby construction. Inlet Beach & 30A Area: Shops and dining at 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach are under a mile away. Enjoy breakfast at The Donut Hole, lunch at Goatfeather’s, and dinner at Shades or Amici’s. Camp St. Helen State Park offers fishing and hiking. Just 10 miles away, Pier Park Mall in Panama City Beach has 125+ stores, restaurants, and an IMAX theater. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
