Beach Bungalow 101 is an enchanted 2 bed/2.5 bath patioed home is the perfect balance: close enough to 30A to get to the beach, dozens of dining options, and an itinerary of local events within minutes, yet just secluded enough to still have unbelievably quiet nights and the privacy you and your family deserve. The Bungalows at Seagrove boasts two community pools and a large hot tub just moments from all the excitement of Scenic 30A!
When the mood strikes for adventure, Beach Bungalow 101 is centrally located between The Hub and the famous Seaside festivities. Whether you’re coming to explore or just hide away, this home will be the perfect end to each day!

Beach Access Across from Café Thirty-A
A new regional beach access is underway directly across from Café Thirty-A. Once complete, it will feature parking for vehicles, LSVs, and bikes, a large restroom facility, a handicap-accessible dune walkover, and connection to the multi-use path. Construction is expected to be completed by Summer 2024.

A Property Manager welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
Your stay at Beach Bungalow 101 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! One ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!
