This magnificent villa is located in a peaceful area near the Marbella city centre and the beach. A perfect location to discover old town and the beach promenade . With a maximum capacity of 9 guests - it has 4 bedrooms, 2 spacious bathrooms, a WC, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace with lounge area next to pool and garden. THE VILLA HAS A HEATED POOL (EXTRA CHARGE) Tennis Center is 500 meters away - a large park with BBQ areas, football fieldTennis, is opposite of the villa Great gym in walking distance. With a maximum capacity of 9 guests ( if a little child can use the cot - otherwise max. 8 guests ), There are two bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. One of the bedrooms has an en suite bathroom and a terrace. The kitchen is very spacious and fully equipped with modern appliances. You will also find a large private pool and barbecue. The location is perfect. most of our guests arrive without car because everything you need is in walking distance. one car can park in our secured parking place closed with gate. enjoy our barbecue and outdoor relax and dining area. sun loungers are on the pool. wifi included. THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE HEATED POOL The villa is located in a quiet area and only 15 minutes walk to the center of the city of Marbella, the old town and the beaches of Marbella. Just 5 minutes walk, 200 meters, you can access the Sports Center where in addition to spectacular views of the coast, you can practice sports such as tennis, paddle tennis, football, basketball ...
