Mermaids’ Rest is a sun-filled beach home centrally located along 30A in Seagrove Beach. It’s neighborhood, Cassine Village, boasts some amazing amenities like 2 community pools, tennis courts, and wooded walking & nature trails. The first floor of the home includes your main entertaining area, with the kitchen open to everything. There is convenient bedroom on this floor as well - perfect for those who don’t want to deal with stairs. The front porch is welcoming, rain or shine – plenty of room for some fresh air, rest, and relaxation. On the 2nd floor you’ll find the other 3 bedrooms. The bunkroom setup is perfect for the kids in your group! The oversized master suite has a sitting area and a private covered porch. A great spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee before you head out on a beach day. Outside you’ll find a gas grill for your BBQ cravings. And there is an outdoor shower to rinse off after your days at the beach. Sleeping Arrangements: 1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen bed, TV. Private access to shared hallway bathroom. - 2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV. Go south (left) on Robert Ellis and take this across 30A where it ends at your access, One Seagrove Place. Distance: .3 miles | Time: 6 minutes walking Cassine Gardens: Cassine Gardens is a charming neighborhood in a natural setting. This property located in the heart of beautiful Seagrove Beach features on-site tennis courts, your choice of 2 pools, a nature trail through a native cypress forest, and a pond. Take a 5-minute walk along the bricked sidewalks to the pristine sands of the Emerald Coast. The kids can explore the nature trail or fish from the bridge over the community pond. And, they can enjoy their bikes along the quiet streets or the family can pedal to Seaside. There are 26 miles of trails along 30A. You’re only a short walk for a pizza at Brozinni Pizzeria or your favorite pasta dish at Angelina’s. Make reservations at Café Thirty-A for an upscale dining experience, or bike to Goatfeather’s Seafood for the catch of the day. Your stay at Mermaids’ Rest comes with Xplorie’s best activities! For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
