This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is located on the 10th floor, offering multiple views of Destin including the stunning Gulf of Mexico.
This spacious condo has an open floor plan that allows you to walk into the condo and see the kitchen, dining area, and living room all the way to the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. The kitchen is located on the right side when you enter the condo. The spacious countertops offer plenty of space to cook up a meal before hitting the pool or the beach. The kitchen is equipped with full-sized stainless-steel appliances. In addition, small appliances like a coffee maker and blender are provided as well.
The dining table can accommodate 6 with ease. There is additional seating at the kitchen bar as well.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
