Welcome to ’Skye 30A!’
The most STUNNING, brand new beach home LOADED with amenities and top-of-the-line furnishings & finishes!
Perfect for hosting family and friend gatherings, this Seagrove home directly on 30A features 4 spacious floors, including 8 bedrooms (7 of which are king suites) and 8 full bathrooms + 2 half bathrooms! The roof is partially shaded and partially open, with seating and loungers so you can soak up the sun or relax in the shade.
On the main level, beautiful shell stone tile extends seamlessly to the outdoor living area and pool deck. This area includes a fully-equipped summer kitchen, private pool, infinity-edge hot tub, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, turf yard, and offers direct access to 30A and newly renovated Headland Avenue beach access.
The first floor also includes a secondary living room, a laundry room, a ping pong table, and a bunk room with 2 twin over twin beds. Traveling up to the second floor, you’ll find 6 guest suites each with an en-suite bathroom,, a spacious central living area, and an additional laundry room.
The third floor is the star of the show, featuring a gorgeous kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and luxurious Taj Mahal countertops. Also on this floor is the breakfast nook, spacious dining area, and main living room with floor-to-ceiling windows for breathtaking Gulf views. The master suite on this floor includes it’s own private balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a spa-like tub.
Ascend all the way to the rooftop deck to see stunning sunsets and more breathtaking Gulf views. The rooftop includes 4 sun lounger chairs, 4 Adirondack chairs, a wet bar, plus comfortable cushioned seats with room for 8! Perfect for large gatherings of family and friends!
Located on Scenic Highway 30A, this home not only offers direct access to the white sandy beaches but is also close to the world-class shopping, dining, and entertainment that make 30A so special.
Plus, the beach access point right across the street just got better! It now features a wider boardwalk/stairs, outdoor showers, and tends to be much less crowded than other access points! Guests are also able to rent chairs and umbrellas from the on-site vending service!

Guest access
There is a 6-seater LSV and 6 beach cruiser bikes provided for guests’ use.
There is parking for 1 car in the garage (in addition to the LSV’s space) plus the driveway which can accommodate about 5-7 cars dependent on their sizes.
Other things to note
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out/early check in may be subject to another day’s rental fees.
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool and hot tub/spa heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check-in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. After April 30, guests can still heat the spa or hot tub for the same daily rate.
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV, bikes, pool, hot tub, fire pit or other amenities provided to guests.
