Located Gulf Side in Seagrove within the gated Majestica Beach subdivision, Stargazer is a wonderful beach retreat that’s less than a 2-minute walk to the beach and right across from the community pool. Star Gazer also comes with free seasonal beach setup! This is a great location to bike or ride to shops, dining and entertainment between Seaside and Rosemary Beach while you explore all of South Walton’s unique communities. The vacation home’s main level is an open floor plan with a spacious living room including a large TV and game table. This main floor also includes the dining area and kitchen as well as a full bathroom, queen bedroom and laundry area. Outside you’ll find an outdoor shower to help get rid of all that beach sand and a charcoal grill for your BBQ dinners. And of course you’re just a few steps from the community pool and just a few more to your beach access! The 2nd Floor includes the other 3 bedrooms of the home plus some beautiful balconies overlooking the area. The crow’s nest on the 3rd Floor features built-in seating with a mini fridge and wet bar area plus a TV. The deck of the crow’s nest is a great place for your morning cup of coffee or a cocktail while you are relaxing and enjoying the night sky. The views from up here are simply amazing. Private bathroom with dual sinks and shower. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Queen bed, TV, balcony access. 2nd Floor, Bedroom 4: 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks, TV. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share hallway bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combo. Seagrove Beach: Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There’s no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right in front of the neighborhood. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities. Your stay at Stargazer comes with Xplorie’s best activities! An initial Property Manager signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
