Every family’s dream home! The second floor balcony also has a ping pong table for everyone to enjoy! With 4 thoughtfully designed floors, this home is the definition of luxury! As you walk in you’ll be blown away by the wood detail, open concept floor plan, gas fireplace, view of the outdoor space and pool, and massive raised kitchen island with farm sink, huge gas range, barstool seating for 4 and custom backsplash! Built-ins galore! The den located right off the entry has a marble-top desk, a TV and queen size sleeper sofa - making this a great flex space for kids and adults alike to relax or sleep! The spacious living room has a built-in wet bar, gas fireplace covered in sea shells, and doors that open to the pool outside. Around the corner you’ll find the dining room with stunning wood detailing, and built-in buffet for serving meals. There is also a mud room with lockers and half bathroom that leads to the pool. The main floor also has a king master bedroom, doors with pool access, massive marble-covered bathroom with glass shower and separate soaking tub, and walk-in closet with its own washer/dryer! Ascending to the second floor you’ll find 4 more guest rooms as outlined below, and an additional living space also with built-in bar! As you access the balcony, you’ll love the view of the pool and the ping pong table! The fourth floor has an air-conditioned seating area and balcony with Gulf views! This home truly has it all! SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (Sleeps 25 Guests): FIRST FLOOR -Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom with large soaking tub and glass shower, dual vanities, huge walk in closet with private washer and dryer, and pool porch access -Den with TV and Queen-sized sleeper sofa -Half bathroom leading to pool -Mud room SECOND FLOOR -Bedroom 2: King bed + Queen-sized sleeper sofa, en-suite bathroom with large soaking tub and glass shower, dual vanities, large walk-in closet -Bedroom 3: King bed, en-suite bathroom with glass shower -Bedroom 4: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with glass shower -Bedroom 5: Lofted Full-sized bed with children’s play space under, Twin sleeper sofa, en-suite bathroom with glass shower -Second living space with two sets of Twin-over-Twin bunk beds with Twin trundles and a Queen-sized sleeper sofa FOURTH FLOOR LOOKOUT TOWER -Sitting area with TV and balcony lookout with Gulf Views There is a pack n’ play and air mattress kept at the home for guests’ use. Concierge services including but not limited to personal chefs, charcuterie boards, grocery delivery, baby equipment rentals, and more also available upon request. Guest access Please note that the carriage house is not included in this rental. Other things to note -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day’s rental fees. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. -LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Alys Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it -will be charged to the renters. -Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1st - April 30th. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -​​​​Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, pool, hot tub, or other amenities provided to guests.
