The space SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 12 Guests): FIRST FLOOR -Living Room -Dining Room -Kitchen -Laundry Room -Half Bathroom -Bedroom 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom with glass shower SECOND FLOOR -Living Area with sleeper sofa -Bedroom 2 (Master): King bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and glass shower -Bedroom 3: King bed, en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and shower/tub combination (bathroom is also accessible from the hallway) -Bedroom 4: Bunk room with one Twin-over-Full bunk bed There is also an air mattress at the home for guests’ use. There are additional free parking areas throughout the community. Cars should not be parked on the street. Other things to note -Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. -Please note the neighborhood and management team enforces quiet hours after 10pm, and be mindful of noise levels to respect the surrounding residents/guests. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. -LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Rosemary Beach to the East or the town of WaterColor to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. -Guests will be held liable for any damages to LSV/golf cart. Property Manager can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart or other amenities provided to guests.
