This shouldn’t impact parking or access to the home, but if you are home during the day, you may be able to hear noise from it, depending on how close to the home they’re working.
Recently renovated, this home provides an immaculate and welcoming vacation retreat.. A carefully curated collection of furnishings, fixtures and accessories, creates a super unique modern experience!
The layout provides an easy flow to enjoy the indoor and outdoor space together. Every room in the home offers comfort and quality, as well as tech enabled features such as Smart TV’s, WiFi, and washer/dryer on-site. The bright and open living room is the perfect gathering point as you plot out your day. A fully stocked kitchen will be the delight of the chef in the group, as they’ll have no trouble finding the tools and accessories to prepare and serve a meal. Gather together around the dining room table, seating for 4 (plus 4 barstools at the bar), and take part in planning the adventure for the day!
Make your way into the bedrooms and settle in! Each of the 3 bedrooms bedroom is outfitted with plush linens and bedding, as well as cloud like mattresses. Sound machines and ear plus are also provided for any light sleepers! The bedroom configurations are as follows:

Bedroom 3: 1 Twin Bed with 1 Twin Trundle Bed

Step outside into your backyard hangout, fully fenced for top security for you and your guests. Don’t forget to bring your furry friends along, as the home is pet friendly (with a fee!). Please note, the backyard space is shared with the upstairs unit.
This home allows dogs (limit of 2) and they must be 25lbs or smaller. There is a nonrefundable fee for pets charged at the time of booking, so please be sure to include the pets on your reservation. Unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 fine in addition to the normal fee.

We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city. If you do end up driving in, there is plenty of street parking available near the home.

Only 3 blocks from the Carrollton streetcar! This uptown unit is in close distance to a variety of markets and restaurants, the highway, and a park. The streetcar can take you through the garden district and all the way to the French Quarter!
