An amazing brand new 2-bed ground floor apartment with the very rare perk of having a private swimming pool in the private garden!
Casa Sonrisa is an immaculate apartment with generous outdoor and indoor living spaces tastefully finished and furnished and located in the tranquil residential zones of Guadalmina, only a short drive from Puerto Banus and Marbella.
Upon entering, you find the open-plan living area with the dining area and the kitchen which leads into the living area that features a large SMART TV along the wall which seamlessly opens through the floor-to-ceiling glass doors into the stunning terrace.
The Master Bedroom is styled to perfection and of course, has an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower to complete it, and another smart TV which is wall mounted to face the bed.
The second bedroom is just as cozy and also features its own wall-mounted TV and access to a second bathroom, this one finished with a bathtub and shower.
Both bedrooms have private sliding door access points directly to the terrace which spans the entirety of the home.
The beautiful terrace overlooks the private pool and not only has an outdoor lounge area but also a dining table for 6, sun loungers, and a coal-powered BBQ grill so everyone can enjoy a delicious meal in the cool summer breeze under the stars.
The apartment has AC throughout and is equipped with a security system as well as portable sound systems.
Guests have access to outdoor communal swimming and all of the complex’s amazing amenities. There is a gym, hammam, and jacuzzi as well as a sauna. The complex enjoys 24-hour security and there is parking available on the outer boundary of the complex.
The residential complex is at very close distance to all amenities, a short drive from the beach, Puerto Banus, Marbella as well as Estepona town, and is marvelously located to be close to all but still within a calm and easy-going area letting you come home and wind down completely.
