Decorated in a modern and lively style, the villa features contemporary artwork, high-end furnishings, and an airy, spacious feel. The main level boasts an elegant open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, where warm wooden tones blend seamlessly into the stylish furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a central island and breakfast counter, and the entire space opens onto the terrace and garden, allowing for easy indoor-outdoor living. There is also a built-in outdoor kitchen with BBQ and a spacious dining area for 10, perfect for summer evenings, along with a charming firepit on the side terrace. Upstairs, the Master Bedroom offers a private terrace with a jacuzzi bath and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. There are also two additional double bedrooms and a shared bathroom on this level. Please note that we welcome families and couples only, no groups under 30, and no hen or stag parties.
