This townhouse is a beautiful, contemporary styled 2-bedroom property, located in the sought-after complex of San Javier, in Nueva Andalucía. It has been refurbished to a high standard and offers a bright and modern living space.
The open-plan living area is tastefully decorated and features a dining area and lounge which leads to the beautiful terrace with a chill-out corner and outdoor dining table, overlooking the pool. From here there is direct access to the communal gardens and pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and quality appliances to make for a great holiday.
There are 2 double bedrooms. The Master Bedroom features a Smart TV, ample wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second double bedroom is also located upstairs and is served by a separate bathroom with a shower.
The townhouse has air conditioning throughout, with individual room controls. Furthermore, there is Wi-Fi included to make you feel right at home.
The communal gardens are beautifully maintained, and there is a communal swimming pool for guests to enjoy.
San Javier Townhouse is located in the trendy residential area of Aloha, just a 15-minute walk from the Aloha Strip, offering a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Just down the road, in the neighbouring urbanisation, there is a small shopping centre with a Mercadona supermarket, several restaurants and a yoga centre.
With just a 5-minute drive to the beach, 5 minutes to Puerto Banús and 10 minutes to Marbella Old Town, you are perfectly situated to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
For golf lovers, you’ll have easy access to La Dama de Noche Golf Club, while Los Naranjos, Aloha Golf Club and Magna Marbella (a par-3 course ideal for beginners) are all just a few minutes away by car.
