This spacious condo is perfect for your next Durango vacation, conveniently located between downtown Durango and Purgatory/Durango Mountain Ski Resort. You will find the large open kitchen and dining area as you enter the condo. The dining table seats 8 and there is bar seating at the counter. The large living room has lots of windows to let in the light, a beautiful custom fireplace, and a nice deck for taking in some fresh mountain air. On the main floor you will find the large master suite with a king-size bed and private bath with a large standing shower. There is a desk and WiFi in case you need to bring the office with you. The second bedroom features 1 twin/twin bunk and 1 twin over queen bunk. Upstairs on the second floor you will find the third bedroom complete with 2 queen beds and a private bath with tub/shower. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
