Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • • We may ask for a government-verified photo ID, such as a driver's licence or your passport for security purposes.
  • • No unregistered guests allowed. Please insert correct guest number including children that they must be registered as guests on the booking.
  • • WE HAVE A STRICT NO EVENTS POLICY. Smoking or vaping inside the house is also strictly prohibited. Penalties may apply.
  • • Excessive noise will not be tolerated; please respect the quiet hours.
  • • Please leave the property in clean and tidy condition.
  • • All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you leave the property. Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights to conserve electricity.
  • • Please do not lose the house key; charges will be applied if it is lost, damaged or not returned.
  • • Do not leave excess rubbish behind. A minimum $300 rubbish removal charge may apply.
  • • Please be aware that a 24-hour security camera is installed at the front, facing outside for added security.
  • • Happy to discuss long-term or recurring bookings at a suitable rate, please feel free to contact me.
  • • The primary booking person is also responsible for the compliance of those rules by all other guests.
  • By booking you agree that you have read and agree to comply with these rules, failure could result in loss of your deposit and /or being asked to leave the property.
