Your local host will provide in-stay support and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services. -Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. You’ll receive the code in advance of arrival for self-check-in. The code is reset after each guest’s stay. -This home is in a rural location. There are occasional farm smells. In the winter, until fresh snow is plowed, AWD or snow tires are recommended. -The wood stove and loft area are not for guest use. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
