Ciboney is a 4 story property located directly across the street from the beach. This unit has undergone a complete remodel. New tile flooring throughout, kitchen cabinets, granite counter, new stainless appliances, cookware and small appliances such as coffee pot, toaster, fresh paint and new furnishes. The location of this unit provides a beautiful gulf view from the second floor balcony and easy access to the beautiful semi-private beach just steps away. This unit will also provide seasonal beach service (March 1 to October 31) which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for your convenience.
This unit has 2 large bedrooms that have new king size beds and a third bedroom that has bunk beds that are great for your little ones. No need to over pack as this unit provides a new full-size washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a clock radio that has a USB port for charging your electronic devices.
Ciboney has 2 tennis courts as well...

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- No Smoking or Pets.
- Minimum age to rent is 25; families with children welcome. Primary renter must be present at check-in, check-out, and throughout duration of stay.
