Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • No parties or events are permitted. Family-friendly get-togethers may be allowed with prior approval.
  • Cleanliness and Respect
  • Please remove all garbage and place it in the bin at the back of the house.
  • Kindly clean up after yourselves and respect the space.
  • Be considerate of the neighbors; we aim to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for everyone.
  • Rental Agreement/Security Deposit
  • Guests are required to sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your booking, with no refunds provided.
  • A $350 offline security deposit is required; a link will be sent to you for payment.
  • Smoking & Vaping
  • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house. Please smoke only outside and dispose of cigarette butts in the provided ashtrays. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if cigarette butts are found outside of designated areas.
  • Shoes
  • Kindly remove your shoes before entering the house to keep the interior clean. Please wipe your feet before using the hot tub and re-entering the house.
  • Guests & Occupancy
  • Our pricing is based on double occupancy. Unregistered guests are not permitted after 10 p.m.
  • A pre-check-in form must be submitted for all guests to be registered.
  • Point Pelee National Park Passes Disclaimer
  • Due to Point Pelee National Park’s new regulations, passes are not guaranteed for all guests. These passes are intended for use only by the cardholder and their household, and ID matching the cardholder’s address is required at the park gates. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • Safety
  • A First Aid Kit and fire extinguisher are provided for emergencies.
  • Housekeeping
  • Daily housekeeping is not included. Fresh linens and bath towels are provided, but we recommend bringing your own beach towels. Please do not remove any towels or linens from the house.
  • Should you require additional housekeeping, please contact us to arrange it at an extra cost.
  • Quiet Hours
  • To maintain a serene environment, quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please avoid creating excessive noise that could disturb the neighbors.
  • Garbage
  • Please stow garbage in the appropriate bins and take it out daily to avoid odors.
  • Parking
  • Park only in designated parking areas. Parking on the grass is not allowed. Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • Appliances & Kitchenware
  • Please use appliances and kitchenware only for their intended purposes. Dish soap and cloths are provided under the sink for cleaning up after meals.
  • Furniture & Decor
  • Please refrain from moving the furniture or decor to prevent damage and maintain the home’s ambiance.
  • Pets
  • Pets are not permitted without prior approval. Should you wish to bring a pet, an $80 + tax pet fee will apply.
  • Towels
  • Used towels should be left on the bathroom floor for collection.
  • Water & Septic System
  • Only flush toilet paper. No feminine products or other items should be flushed. Guests may be charged up to $5,000 for any damages caused by flushing inappropriate items.
  • Liability
  • The owners and property manager (PM) are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur on the property. Nor are they liable for the loss of personal belongings or valuables. By booking, guests assume full responsibility for their safety and the safety of anyone they invite to the property.
