Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Welcome to Villa La Playa! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following house rules:
- Check-In Procedure: Upon arrival, please present a valid photo ID for TM30 imigration registration . All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Quiet Hours: For the tranquility of our guests and neighbors, quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Security Deposit: A security deposit of THB 20,000 is required at check-in.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. Please use designated smoking areas outside.
- No Pets: To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, pets are not allowed on the property.
- No Parties or Events: The villa does not accommodate hen, stag, or similar parties. Please respect the peaceful nature of our community. For special occasions such as weddings please gather information with the manager.
- Damage and Loss: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the villa during their stay. Charges may be applied against your security deposit for any damages incurred.
- Visitor Policy: For security reasons, only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please consult with our villa manager if you wish to have visitors.
- Pool and Amenities: Use of the villa's amenities, including the pool, is at guests' own risk. Please supervise children at all times.
- Environmental Conservation: We encourage our guests to be mindful of their water and electricity usage to help us conserve the island's precious natural resources.
- Departure: Please inform Villa Playa Samui of your expected departure time in advance. This assists us in preparing for our next guests.
