Characteristic holiday home in a semi-detached villa, conveniently located near all the most beautiful beaches of the wonderful ’Costa Rossa’. The villa is located in the Paduledda area, a small residential area on the outskirts of Isola Rossa, positioned in an elevated and panoramic position overlooking the coast; it is surrounded by the greenery of a meticulously maintained and verdant garden and consists of a four-room apartment on the raised ground floor with independent access. Access to the house is via a few steps of stone leading to the covered veranda, furnished with a table and chairs ideal for breakfasts, lunches, and dinners outdoors, enjoying the sea breeze, peace, and sounds of the surrounding nature. Internally, the house consists of a large living-dining room with an open kitchen equipped with every comfort, from which you can enjoy a splendid sea view towards the kilometer-long beach of Li Feruli and in the distance, on days when the sky is clearer, the Gulf of Asinara. From the living room, a corridor leads to the various rooms of the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and a large bathroom with both a shower and a small bathtub. Amenities include: TV, dishwasher, air conditioning in all rooms, oven, microwave, blender, mosquito nets, outdoor shower, barbecue, and private parking spaces. There are outdoor furnishings for enjoying excellent aperitifs in the cool of the evening, deck chairs to relax on after a long day at the beach or to sunbathe on days when the beach is too crowded and you prefer to stay away from the confusion of bathers, and a delightful built-in barbecue area that will allow you to enjoy excellent local food grills, very convenient both for the generous support surface and for the presence of its own outdoor sink. Not to mention the ’strategic’ location of the house: you will be in the middle of the Sardinian north coast, 3 minutes by car from the well-equipped and fabulous beaches of Isola Rossa such as La Marinedda, Li Femmini, and Spiaggia Longa, just to name a few; a few minutes by car from the characteristic and wild beach of Li Feruli from which you can enjoy enchanting fiery sunsets over the sea; less than ten minutes from the beaches of Li Mindi and Li Junchi in the nearby Badesi mare; twenty minutes by car from the charming village of Castelsardo, where a visit to its lively and picturesque historic center is a must, rich in culture and suggestive panoramic views from the walls of its authentic Medieval castle; from the Costa Paradiso area, a characteristic residential settlement where you can admire the perfect harmony created between nature and urbanization, admire the incredible designs created by the wind in the granite stone and red porphyry, whose coloring gives the name to the entire stretch of coast, or even come across a ’revolutionary’ and counter-trend architectural work, which is still studied in universities throughout Europe today: the dome of Dante Bini, known to all as the ’Antonioni Dome’, the acclaimed Italian director who had it built, it is said, to conquer the actress Monica Vitti. With just an hour’s drive by car taking the scenic coastal road westward, you can also visit places like Stintino and its iconic La Pelosa Beach, the city of Alghero for a stroll in the typical and unmistakable Catalan-Aragonese style historic center and on the bastions overlooking the sea, or instead, traveling eastward along the coastal road from the Paduledda junction, Porto Bello, Santa Teresa, Palau, and from there visit the Maddalena archipelago with a daily boat trip!
