and close to Saint Tropez and the beaches of Ramatuelle and Gigaro. The property has a stunning
ocean view over the Golden Islands and wine yards. The property is in a very quiet environment
offers 10 bedrooms and can host up to 20 people. The villa is elegantly decorated and furnished
with exclusive design furniture.
PROPERTY
The ground floor consists of an entry hall and a bathroom, a huge living room with fireplace, a
dining room for large group dinners, a salon and a spacious open and fully equipped kitchen. If
needed, the kitchen can be closed off by a sliding door. All rooms open to the beautiful and
enormous terrace, with a pool and hot tub, all with amazing ocean vistas.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
