Please read notes before booking! Located in a quiet, wooded, Tahoe residential area, this home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Only a few minutes drive to Kings Beach and a short drive to 10+ North Tahoe ski/boarding resorts and cross-country ski areas. There is plenty of room to relax in the open family room with the fireplace or enjoy the spacious deck in the warmer months, both with great views! ***Lake Tahoe is prone to wildfires and winter storms. Please note we do not move, cancel or provide refunds or credits for any reason, including COVID, poor air quality, road conditions, road closures and weather conditions. If you think you may need to cancel for any reason, We highly suggest you PURCHASE TRIP INSURANCE or BOOK CLOSER to your travel dates. **** After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protects our home from guest damages. MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25. PLEASE NOTE: This home does not have AC. This is common for most Tahoe homes. There are portable fans in each guest room. Outdoor furniture may not be available in winter months. This home may not be suitable for people with mobility issues as there are many steps required to enter the first floor. STR22-6883 TOT# 85036 Parking: There is room for three cars (2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway). Small garage spaces so no more than one large vehicle. No street parking from Nov 1 - April 30. If you violate this rule your car will be subject to towing or fines. TVs are roku, please use your own logins. Our property does not have space to accommodate RVs or fifth wheels. Parking of these vehicles is not permitted in the driveway or on the street, in accordance with local regulations and HOA rules.
