Our wonderful villa, of 120 sq.m. is the ideal place for families or group of friends. The interior, designed with great attention to detail, has carefully chosen hand-crafted accessories; built-in elements and wooden features; this simplicity of Cycladic style combines living comfort with carefree elegance! The one large private veranda, of 60 sq.m. offers the opportunity for total relaxation as well as wonderful views over the sea. There is also a new jacuzzi to enjoy. Of course you can also go for a swim right in front of the house or you can go for fishing in our dock. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed (with ensuite WC) including an attic with 2 single children beds, 2 bedrooms with 1 double or 2 single beds each and 1 bedroom, with 1 single bed. The living room area could also be used as a sleeping area as it has 2 single sofa- beds. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Located in Pollonia. 9,5 km from the port, 13,5 km from the airport, 100m from the beach, 20m from the sea, 30m from the main Pollonia sandy beach with tamarisk trees, 50m from the bus station.
