Villa Romy is another elegant and well-equipped villa, set on top of a hill in a privileged part of the cosmopolitan Porto Heli and offering spectacular views of the island of Spetses and the coasts of the Peloponnese. Built on 3 levels in a plot of 4000 sq.m, this 450 sq.m villa has all the requirements to ensure relaxed and luxurious holidays in a very inviting environment. The ground level houses a very cozy and inviting living and dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped, traditionally-styled kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms with a private balcony and a shared bathroom. From this space the guests can enjoy a view to the terrace and pool, but also to the sea. Special features are the stone-built accent wall and the beamed roof.
On the upper level there are two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, as well as a kitchenette, for a quick morning or afternoon coffee or tea and a private veranda.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
