Gazing out from Villa Soan with an infinity pool, across the towering headlands on which it sits, one has the sensation of being an Olympian God. The waters of the Saronic sparkle blue out to the horizon. These stunning views are only part of the story as the villa offers guests luxuriously crafted accommodation and inspiring interior design. The main entrance takes one into the first floor, which is home to the main living room, kitchen and one of the four bedrooms. Stairs lead down to the ground floor, home to the three remaining bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom opens up to an extra living room and kitchenette that can be used as an independent apartment.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
