The restoration aimed to infuse a contemporary allure, aligning it with current standards and refined taste.
Upon approaching, a stone staircase ascends from the parking area, leading to the terrace where the primary entrance to the main house beckons. Beyond the entrance lies the inviting living room, adorned with plush sofas for a cinematic experience on the impressive 65-inch screen. The smart TV, equipped with wireless connectivity, seamlessly integrates with Amazon, Netflix, and other platforms, providing guests access to their personal accounts.

Venturing further through the hallway, the ground floor reveals two of the four bedrooms, one featuring a double bed with an en-suite bathroom, and the other adorned with twin beds. A second renovated bathroom completes this level of the residence.
Ascend the stairs to the upper floor, where additional rooms await discovery. A double room, offering panoramic views of the Puig de Maria and Puig Tomir mountains, boasts an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Another twin bedroom completes this level, ensuring every guest experiences the epitome of comfort. All rooms are equipped with unrestricted air conditioning.
Stepping into the exterior, Villa Segu Cini unfolds a myriad of spaces and tranquil alcoves for guests to savour diverse ambiences.
