A spacious apartment in a semi-detached house located in a mountain hamlet, Fastro di Arsiè, just a few kilometers from beautiful Corlo Lake, an artificial lake nestled in the mountains. Particularly suitable for families, both for the spacious interior and the beautiful garden where children can play, while parents cook at the barbecue or relax in the sun, in the peace of a mountain hamlet.
Strategically located on the border between Veneto and Trentino, this apartment allows the tourist to range between Veneto, with its splendid art cities (Venice 110 km, Vicenza and Treviso 70 km, Belluno 50 km, Verona 120 km) and Trentino with its lakes and castles, as well as allowing endless excursions between the Dolomites and other wonderful mountain ranges such as the Lagorai and Cima d’Asta.
Within a short distance, however, there are many opportunities for entertainment: trattorias, breweries and, especially in summer, many characteristic village festivals. Sportsmen will be able to practice all sports from: hiking, biking, MTB, golf, canyoning ...The area is rich in lakes: at 5 km Lake Corlo for canoeing lovers, while the other lakes (Lake Levico and Caldonazzo at 50 km and Lake Santa Croce, 7O km) allow windsurfing, sailing and kitesurfing. The house is also an excellent starting point for historical-artistic itineraries that, in addition to the city of art, offer typicalities belonging only to these two regions: the immense heritage of the Venetian Villas and the charm of the Castles of Trentino. For those who love beer, in Pedavena (20 km), there is a historic brewery , but if you prefer wine, then a day in the Prosecco hills between Valdobbiadene (40 Km) and Conegliano is mandatory
The apartment, located on the second floor, is furnished by inserting a few period pieces among the modern furniture. It is fully equipped are present: oven, washing machine , dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer.
It is all on one floor, which is accessed by a staircase, and consists of a living-dining room, a separate kitchen with dining table, 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub, and 3 bedrooms: two doubles and one with two single beds.
