Casa Verdi a few steps from the beach is located in Viareggio, Versilia, in one of Tuscany’s most popular seaside resorts. This flat, with its own entrance, is only a few minutes from the Viareggio seafront and about 300 m from the bathing establishments. This flat is an excellent solution for seaside holidays in Versilia thanks to its advantageous location: right in the centre of Viareggio.
It is very convenient because it has two entrance steps and is located in front of the Viareggio promenade, i.e. on the sea. The lodging is inside the carnival circuit so if the client arrives he does not have to pay
Versilia also offers interesting excursion possibilities: the Apuan Alps mountains, Pietrasanta, Forte dei Marmi.
Parking is on payment along the public road.
Inside the flat, with its own entrance located on the ground floor, you will find a cosy air-conditioned living area with a living room with sofa and television, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom with air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.
Going downstairs you will find a room with two beds and a built-in wardrobe.
