Casa Anita is a traditionally and comfortably furnished country house offering space for up to 4 people with two bedrooms and one bathroom and a shared swimming pool (6x10).
It is located in the heart of the Chianti region and trekking and mountain biking routes can be undertaken from the hamlet, the area is very popular with cyclists.
Casa Aia offers a breathtaking view of the vineyards of the neighbouring farms. This house is located in an ancient hamlet that dates back to 1200. It has an independent entrance and a large private patio furnished for dining al fresco or reading a book while sunbathing. The large swimming pool is in common use with the other guests of the hamlet and so is the tennis court. The Granaio is the starting point of the registered hiking and mountain biking trails that lead to San Donato.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
