Villa Sunshine is an independent villa that can accommodate up to 10 people and stands out for its panoramic position atop the Pillo hill, in the municipality of Gambassi Terme.
Featuring a beautiful panoramic swimming pool, with sun loungers immersed in the lush enclosed garden; under the ancient wooden porch with patio and views of the hills, the barbecue area.
Pillo is also the perfect starting point for exploring Tuscany’s artistic and gastronomic attractions by car; you can get to the main places of tourist and cultural interest easily, including Siena, San Gimignano, San Miniato, the medieval village of Monteriggioni, Castelfiorentino, Certaldo, Castelfalfi, Volterra, Pisa, Florence, Gambassi with its spa and wellness centre and the villages of the fantastic Tuscan sea.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
