Villa Noemi is a beautiful property recently built among the hills of the Tuscan countryside, equipped with every comfort and a beautiful swimming pool for your exclusive use.
There is also a covered area where you will spend your time, a covered area with masonry BBQ and a big table to welcome all guests.
Also at your disposal is a parking lot within the property (up to 3 cars).
The property is equipped with a brand-new system that dispenses a natural product and helps to keep annoying insects such as mosquitoes away.

The Villa is arranged mainly on two levels.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
