Villa Noemi

Villa Noemi is a beautiful property recently built among the hills of the Tuscan countryside, equipped with every comfort and a beautiful swimming pool for your exclusive use. There is also a covered area where you will spend your time, a covered area with masonry BBQ and a big table to welcome all guests. Also at your disposal is a parking lot within the property (up to 3 cars). The property is equipped with a brand-new system that dispenses a natural product and helps to keep annoying insects such as mosquitoes away. N.B.: the services indicated are organised by third-party service providers with whom you will be put in contact. The villa is mainly on two levels. On the ground floor is the living area with a view of the private swimming pool: a cosy living room with satellite TV and a fireplace for cold winter evenings, a beautiful dining room overlooking the pool and a modern kitchen equipped with all the comforts and utensils needed to prepare delicious meals. There is also a guest bathroom available for all guests and a small storage room with a freezer. On the same floor, there are also two bedrooms, both with private bathrooms complete with showers. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has two single beds placed side by side. On the first floor, there are three other bedrooms with private bathrooms: two bedrooms with double beds and one with two single beds placed side by side. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning to cool the hot summer nights.
