- NOTE: The public road that is used to access the property is approximately 3/4 mile long. It is highly recommended to arrive in a SUV/4x4 over a regular vehicle. However, a standard vehicle can traverse the road safely but due to minor uneven areas, a standard vehicle would need to proceed cautiously and at a slower pace
- NOTE: Areas where the public road had been somewhat washed out due to heavy rains, have recently been paved
- NOTE: The property sleeps 8 guests in 4 beds, but can accommodate up to 10 by using the 2 twin rollaway beds
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the garage facing the driveway. Camera 2 is located on the deck facing the river access. Camera 3 is located on the back of the house facing the rear greenspace. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. This property features also 1 interior motion detector located above the dining room table facing the living room. The sensor only detects movement and does not record video or sound
