The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. Escape to the luxurious master bedroom, boasting ample space and its own fireplace, creating a cozy retreat where you can unwind and rejuvenate. Connected to the master suite is a bunk room which offers a twin-over-full bunk bed with a trundle bed underneath. These bedrooms will share a bathroom. The final bedroom on the upper level offers a queen bed and a private bathroom. There’s plenty of room for guests or family members to enjoy their own private space. Head downstairs to find the game room complete with a pool table! For ultimate relaxation, step outside onto the expansive wrap-around deck, complete with a swing and ample seating. Awaiting you in the private backyard is a brand new hot tub which offers soothing hydrotherapy. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. - Firewood for the outdoor fire pit may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week’s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. - Towels and linens will be provided for you. - This property is pet friendly for up to a maximum of 2 dogs with a $25 per day, per dog fee. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. - Check in is after 4pm and Checkout is by 10am - Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent. - Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. - No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. - Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. - No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable. - 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. - While this home offers easy access, AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during inclement weather months where snow or ice may be present. - Level, paved parking space for up to 6 vehicles. CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
