Welcome to Lakes View at Hound Ears! This upper-level three-plus bedroom condo features plenty of space, light, and wonderful views. The living area is highlighted by a beautiful stone wood-burning fireplace available to renters and large windows that welcome in plenty of natural light. The orientation is to the south so there is lots of sunlight during the winter months. All bathrooms were recently renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped with lots of cabinet and counter space. All three bedrooms are large with King beds. The primary bedroom on the main level has expansive views of the lakes and an ensuite bath with double sink vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom on the main level is adjacent to the full hall bathroom with a pocket door that can be closed to make a private suite. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
