The second suite is located upstairs. We look forward to having you! While enjoying your stay at this home, you have access to most amenities in the Eagles Nest community. Amenities available to you include: Great Camp: Epic Chophouse - available to renters without membership BBQ Pavilion Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November) The Great Lawn Playground Hiking Trails Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal) Mini-Golf Course 24/7 General Store North Pavilion: Sportsman’s Lodge (unlocked portion only) Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball) Dog Park Walking Trail Sportsman’s Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary) Fire Pit Woodland Trail System (Hiking & Biking Trails) Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts Pickleball Basketball Frisbee Golf Archery Playground (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!) Vineyard: Food and Wine served Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p; Sat 2p-10p; Sun 2p-8p. (Please verify hours directly with the winery, as times may vary seasonally.) Please note that all visitors on premises at the Winery must be 16 years or older, with the exception of Sundays. This is strictly enforced. Guests do not have access to the locked-off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only. Additional Notes: - Firewood may be purchased with a week’s notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. - The North Pavilion is host to several summer parties including a Fourth of July celebration and concerts which guests are more than welcome to attend however, in the event there is a wedding or other private party, guests are not allowed in or near the Sportsman’s Lodge. - Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.) - The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks. - The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. The driveway is level and gravel with room for 2 vehicles. - Guests returning to Grin’Inn Bear It may receive a discount of 10%, not to be combined with other discounts to the rent. - All linens and towels provided for your stay. - All Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious amenities. - This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing animals to this home. - The community of Eagles Nest has construction going on. Due to how sound travels, during weekdays you may hear heavy vehicles traveling on the developments roads. - All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception. - Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times.
