As you enter the home you’ll love the classic cabin feeling in the great room. This room offers exposed-beam vaulted tongue & groove ceilings, a wall of windows with a TV and a stone gas fireplace with cozy furniture arranged in front of it, dining table for 8, and a well equipped kitchen with leathered granite counters and stainless steel induction appliances. Happy Trees Cabin offers 4 beautiful bedrooms spread across the 3 levels of the home for you to enjoy. On the main level is a King suite and the private bath has a tub/shower combo. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
