Welcome to Happy Trees Cabin! This recently updated log cabin in the Deep Gap area just east of Boone is the magical mountain getaway you’ve been craving!
As you enter the home you’ll love the classic cabin feeling in the great room. This room offers exposed-beam vaulted tongue & groove ceilings, a wall of windows with a TV and a stone gas fireplace with cozy furniture arranged in front of it, dining table for 8, and a well equipped kitchen with leathered granite counters and stainless steel induction appliances.
Happy Trees Cabin offers 4 beautiful bedrooms spread across the 3 levels of the home for you to enjoy. On the main level is a King suite and the private bath has a tub/shower combo. Upstairs are two more bedrooms each with a Queen bed with a Jack N Jill full bath with tub/shower between then. Downstairs is a bedroom with a set of twin-over-full bunks and twin trundle underneath, with a full bath down the hall with tub/shower.
Enjoy a friendly game of pool in the downstairs den. Curl up and watch your favorite movies in the living room or den. And any time of day you’re sure to love relaxing outside on the deck and enjoy the cool mountain air. The main level deck has a selection of seating and a gas grill. Enjoy the peacefulness of the surrounding forests and the seasonal views of the timeless Blue Ridge mountains beyond.
Happy Trees Cabin is located just east of Boone in the picturesque Deep Gap area, very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the town of Boone is just a scenic 15 minute drive away. All of the best shopping, dining, and attractions in the High Country are close by as well. Come make Happy Trees Cabin your home away from home!
Additional Notes:
- Please note that the top level of this home does not offer air conditioning.
- This home is pet friendly for up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs under 25lb each. Pet rent is $25/nt per pet plus tax. No aggressive dog breeds are allowed. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
- Check-in is after 4pm and Check-out is by 10am.
-This home has a gravel driveway with parking capacity for 4 vehicles. There are 15 steps to enter the main level.
- All BRMR homes come with a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided for you.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of he deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
