Welcome to Little Creek Lodge at Eagles Nest!
- Indoor sauna!!
- There are 4 total bedrooms, 3 are Kings that include “top of the line” mattresses.
- The 4th bedroom (The Bunk Room) is located upstairs and includes two bunk beds with full size mattresses on the bottom bunk with twin beds on top and an additional full size trundle bed.
- Every bedroom includes brand new flat screen TVs that all have premium upgraded cable channels.
- Equipped with an EV Charger!
On the main level is bedroom #1, a King suite with a private bathroom including heated floors and private balcony. Bedroom #2 is a King Suite with a private bathroom on the lower level. #3 King size room is located on the upper level along with #4 the bunk room. There is a full bathroom on the upper level as well.
The main level has a spectacular gourmet kitchen completely stocked with everything you’ll need including small appliances, plates, silverware, napkins and tablecloths for 12. The rustic dining table can be extended to provide extra seating and the oversized 10-foot granite island will be the center of your family gathering. There is a dramatic floor to ceiling gas fireplace in the living room right off the kitchen to enhance this cozy area. The power recliner sofa is guaranteed to reduce your stress!
There is an awesome 50’ wide outdoor deck that has a separate TV and wood burning fireplace stocked with FREE firewood for our guests. Whether you cuddle by the fire or watch some great football outside you can enjoy overlooking the 3 acres of beautiful trees, our little creek and pond. There is a gas grill to whip up some steaks or burgers. In addition to the main floor there is a separate entrance to a mudroom, ½ bath with SAUNA and full-size washer and dryer. There are electric boot warmers provided making sure those fun days in the chilly weather aren’t ruined by cold feet!
Lower level-Your family and friends will love the “Man Cave” with a huge power leather sectional sofa, a large 65”TV, fireplace and a 6-person poker/game table. There is a separate Arcade room featuring a double basketball game, a Pac-Man Multigame that has 17 different playing options. To add to the fun there is a Bluetooth “sound system” that has flashing disco lights and professional DJ speakers that is certain to keep the kids entertained for hours! Also located on the lower level adjacent to the Man Cave is an additional ½ bath. The 8-person luxury Hot tub is located on the lower floor balcony with blue tooth capability to play your favorite tunes.
Little Creek Lodge is perfectly located to enjoy all the amenities that Eagles Nest offers. The fabulous “Camp Eagle” is just a 5-minute walk around the corner to enjoy the Pickleball and basketball courts, the climbing tower, zipline and park.
Location is just minutes away from the back gate to Beech Mountain ski resort and restaurants.
Artesian Well exclusive to Little Creek Lodge provides the purest water on earth.
Flat easy parking for 6-8 cars.
Desk and printer provided for the business needs while on vacation.

Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older except for Sundays. This is strictly enforced.
Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Additional Notes:
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
- This home is pet friendly for up to one (1) small, mature, well-trained dog 25 pounds of less. Pet rent is $25 per pet, per night plus tax.
- The owner stocks wood below the deck for guest use.
- Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months.
- All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
- The summer concerts are open to all guests.
- All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
- Please be advised that private ATVs are not permitted in the community and will be denied entry at the gates.
- Please note that all Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- A Ring doorbell camera is installed at the main entryway and views the parking area. No camera views the interior of the property or common gathering areas.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am.
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
