Nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of Avery County near the Blue Ridge Parkway and Linville Falls Winery, this custom home is a wonderful fit for your next High Country vacation. As you drive up the peaceful tree lined street you’ll be breath taken by the long range views throughout the neighborhood. Enter the home with just 4 steps to the covered porch, and once inside you’ll immediately feel your cares melt away as you enjoy everything about this thoughtfully decorated mountain oasis! The great room features a floor to ceiling stone gas log fireplace with a TV mounted above, with a selection of furniture arranged around it. The kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a gas range, and there’s space for everyone to enjoy meals at either the 4 bar stools or at the dining table for 10. Just beyond the dining area is a fun three-season room with a pool table and fireplace....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
