You can hardly beat this location, walking distance to the Canyon Lodge lifts, and this unit has it all for your Mountain getaway! This 1 bedroom + enclosed loft, 2 full bath condo is tastefully decorated and offers a cozy getaway in the ideal location for access to all the fun and adventures. Across two levels, this mountain cabin features vaulted ceilings, an open plan living, kitchen, dining, enclosed balcony to watch the Winter wonderland from, 2 car private garage and more! You’ll be able to park the car in your enclosed garage and leave it there, as you are a very short walk to the Canyon Lodge lifts, or hop on the free town shuttle to go to The Village, approx. 1/4 mile away. Enjoy cozying up in front of the pellet stove on the large comfortable sectional, and watch a movie on the large flatscreen HD Smart TV, or catch a game as the unit comes with cable TV, as well as Apple TV and all the streaming apps for your favorite shows. The couch is a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations. There is also a small work space in the living room if you need to work or school remotely. The kitchen with stainless steel appliances is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, and enjoy dinners in the dining space with seating for 6. Curl up in the warmth of the enclosed balcony and watch the snow fall outside. The first bedroom on this main level offers a King bed, and the private washer / dryer is located in this bedroom. Access to the hallway full bathroom with tub/shower combo. On the upper level in the enclosed loft, the primary suite offers a King bed, large flatscreen Smart TV, gorgeous window seat / reading nook, and private en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. There is also an outdoor ski locker to store all your equipment and gear, in addition to the 2 car private garage with EV charging station. The condo is an upstairs unit, with approximately 15 steps to the entry, and two levels inside. This unit is not pet friendly, and is non-smoking. This unit provides a private 2 car garage, both cars must be parked in the garage (clearance 6’10"). Additional parking outside the garage is NOT allowed. On site at the Courchevel community you can enjoy the year-round outdoor hot tubs, sauna, and an outdoor pool (Summer only). All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam room, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more.
