Introducing this spacious, split floorplan two bedroom, two bathroom townhouse in the heart of it all. This property sits on a private lot with plenty of parking, so you can park the car and enjoy the convenience of being walking distance to the Village and mountain access. Take a stroll to the Village for Gondola access to Canyon Lodge, grab a bite at one of the many restaurants, enjoy shopping, coffee and more. The convenient free shuttle also is right at your door step to take you throughout town, to Canyon Lodge and Eagle Lodge. Or stay cozy indoors and enjoy the seclusion and peaceful forest setting of this home. Over two levels the upstairs offers an open concept living room with vaulted ceilings, kitchen and dining area, whilst the 2 bedrooms are located on the entry lower level. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare family meals, and enjoy dining space for 6. The living room offers a comfortable seating area where you can gather round the large 55" Smart TV to grab a movie or watch the game, or enjoy game night with the family board games. On the upper level is also a private deck with outdoor seating to enjoy your morning coffee or fire up the BBQ gas grill. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the primary featuring a Queen bed with access to the hall bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features bunk beds with queen on the bottom and XL twin on top. The second full bath with tub/shower combo is on the upper level. A private washer / dryer makes it a home away from home. The home is heated via cozy pellet stove located downstairs in addition to electric heaters. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club, to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. The Snowcreek athletic club is located approx. 2 miles from the townhouse. This home sleeps 5 people, is not pet friendly and non-smoking. It is ground floor entry, with two levels inside, please note all living space is on the 2nd floor. PLEASE NOTE: The loft staircase in pictures is not available for guest access. For larger groups, message us to book the neighboring lodge located on the same private property lot. This property makes use of surveillance equipment outside the home.
